Subject: Team Composition for Golf
As a curtesy this message is directed to our members golfing at the 2026 Convention. It is to clarify a question that continually comes up prior to the golf outing.
The Fairmont Field Club Pro informed me that:
– Due to the availability of carts “Fivesomes cannot be accommodated.”
– A foursome is the team composition for this year’s golf outing.
– No exceptions on foursomes.
Please do not have the expectation that when you arrive on the course for “Tee Time” that a fivesome will be accommodated. Please send me your team compositions as soon as you finalize them. Remember reservations are on a first come first served basis. At present over 50% of the morning flight is reserved. And, we have registrations and payments coming in.
