Subject: Death of a Tau Beta Iota Alumni Association Member
It is my sad duty to report the death of Brother William Scott Nease, of Bridgeport, WV on Friday, May 22nd, 2026. Brother Nease pledged in the Spring of 1969.
I sincerely apologize for the lateness of this notice. In keeping with family wishes we waited to share this information until all arrangements were complete.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on June 9th, 2026, from 3PM – 6PM, and the service will follow at 6PM with Pastor Josh Rhodes presiding.
Those who wish to remember Scott in a special way may make gifts in his memory to The Nature Conservancy (www.nature.org) or the Mountaineer Food Bank (www.mountaineerfoodbank.org)
Brother Nease and all of our TBI Brothers who have left us during the past year will be remembered at our Memorial Service conducted after our annual Founders Day Dinner planned for Thursday, March 18th, 2027.
